Come and Just Be
Present

Ahimsa
Is what we live and breathe. Ahimsa is the Yogic principle of non-violence in action, speech and thought, towards others, yourself and all living things.
It is said to be the first path that must be walked before anything else towards the sacred road to enlightenment.
Ahimsa is Love
To love means to actively love. To actively open the heart in devotion, without fear and free from conditioning and limits. Love is a door to bliss that can expand infinitively.
Through love and living in the present moment, we integrate with the divine.
Through self-knowledge and respectful care to mother-nature we celebrate life, loving every moment.
Ahimsa Yoga Ashram
We live peaceful, sweet, nourishing, sharing and loving lives, in harmony with ourselves, others and mother nature, our interactions based on love. Fulfilling a calling for constantly being present and balanced.
At the center of my heart stand Love,
Play, Devotion, Non-violence,
and Constant Conscious Awareness

Through playing with Ahimsa and by learning to tell the difference between our Mind and our Intuition, we understand how the cosmic interconnections work. We begin to open our eyes to the fact that there is something bigger than what we see.
When we tap into it, Like Attracts Like, and live automatically shifts into new a dimension.
Experience becomes effortlessly fulfilled and rich. A new kind of contentment takes over a superficial happiness.
By holistically looking after our Body, Mind and Emotions, we prevent illness and create a strong, balanced vehicle for living.
By actively selecting Relationships and Surroundings we create harmony and happiness.
By understanding deep down what nourishes us and what doesn’t, in all respects of our being, we can choose to use our strength and creative power to change our life and being accordingly.
By learning to actively cultivate contentment, we allow ourselves to surrender to life as it is, with grace, love and a little twinkle in the eye.
